It’s hard being the most popular girl on the ice planet. The alien men are falling all over themselves to impress me in the hopes that I’ll take them to my furs. But they don’t know my secrets – none of them do. And they don’t realize that behind my smile, I just wish they’d go away.
I don’t want any of them. I want someone else – someone with a gorgeous blue body, big horns, and the most intense gaze ever. He’s the only one that knows the truth. Maybe with him, I can work through my fears of the past….but I’m pretty sure he wants more than just friendship.
He wants forever, and I’m not sure I can give it.

Barbarian’s Prize is the sixth book in the Ice Planet Barbarians series by Ruby Dixon. If you are unfamiliar with the series, you should check out my review of the first book – Ice Planet Barbarians. The series a interconnected character series, but I highly recommend reading them in order.
This book follows Tiffany and Salukh.
Tiffany is tired of being woo’d every single second since crash-landing on Not-Hoth. She knows that she should feel flattered but, because of her past, male attention just makes her feel uncomfortable. There is one alien, however, that doesn’t give her the creeps. Salukh. Maybe he would be willing to help her overcome her fears.
Salukh is taken aback by Tiffany’s proposal to be her pleasure-mate. He is honored that she picked him to help her deal with her trauma. But does she realize that he wants forever? That he has been saving himself for his mate. Maybe, just maybe, his khui will wake up and slot gacor discover what’s standing right in front of him?
“This is what I have dreamed of. Now, I demand of my khui. Resonate now. Claim her as ours.”
Tropes Include:
- Fated Mates
- Mutual Pining
- Virgin Hero

Tiffany and Salukh are one of my favorite couples of the entire series. They are both so sweet and so gone for one another. Their relationship was surprising slow for an Ice Planet Barbarian book; however it made sense given Tiffany’s trauma. They were forced to take it slow and hide how attracted they were to one another. The mutual pining made this entire book for me – especially for Salukh. He longed for Tiffany so beautifully. sigh
Speaking of Tiffany’s trauma, it is not descriptive on page as it happened in the past. There are no flashbacks – that I can recall. Make sure to do your research if this is upsetting for you.
